Water is my first love (not counting my husband, kids and grandkids) but not my only love. My husband and I had a boat in San Francisco and for years whenever we could we commuted to the Richmond Yacht Club for sailing adventures (the boat required a diesel furnace). There we were committee chairmen and regatta day committee crew. Sailing alternated with my other hats worn at different times including, cheer coach, fund raising, classroom helper, assistant high school snow skiing coach, husbands wakeboarding instructor, camping organizer, cook, activities director and bear alarm.
Now that our children are grown and we have relocated to the civilized year around climate of Venice, I remain active, riding my bicycle daily, hiking, camping and sunset watching. My husband continues to shop for that next boat.
A decision to sell your home or to purchase a new one brings with it countless questions and additional decisions to be made. I will thoughtfully and thoroughly research the answers to your inquires to aid in that stressful process.
We purchased our Venice home in 2014 and moved here from the Sierra Nevada. My husband and I after many trips to Florida crisscrossing the state in our motorhome determined that Venice was the paradise we were looking for. Then the task of finding our new home began. I know the anxiety of selling, buying and moving to a new home. Issues of traffic, schools, neighbors, medical needs, recurring costs, noise, shopping...and the list goes on and on, all need to be addressed.
I have been a Realtor since 2004, starting in Nevada and now in Florida. I've had a career in positions of customer service and know how to find answers and solutions to your questions or issues that will arise during your quest; no matter how small or impacting they may seem. That’s my job, to sell your listed residence for the right price or to find for you the right fit in a new home which fulfills your dreams, wishes and expectations.
May I work for you?
